Warwick upon Eden WM Chapel, Cumberland

By GW Oxley

This remarkable building was erected as a Sunday School by Thomas Parker of Warwick Hall(1). By the time he died in 1828 it was being used as a place of worship by the Wesleyans. It was closed on 28 Aug 1955 and sold for £1100(2). In 2014 it appeared to be used for residential and workshop purposes.
