Which New Brighton?

There are two places in north-east Wales called New Brighton, one near Wrexham and one near Mold. Each once had a Wesleyan chapel. Click here to read something of the background of the one near Wrexham, called Hermon: - a website which focuses on primitive Methodism (with a small p), that is, original, as when John Wesley referred towards the end of his long life to "the primitive Methodists".
