Desborough, Lower Street Wesleyan Methodist Chapel was built about 1790.   In 1851 it provided no free and 350 other sittings. In 1873 there were 284 sittings. It was probably closed in 1896 when the Victoria Street chapel opened. It was later demolished and the site used for housing.
